If u have already booked a Date and u wanna postpone it then u can simply Log in throuch RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT and then change a Date just by Clicking on another one as and when it is available. By doing this your 1st Date is cancelled and 2nd one is confirmed. This part is pretty simple.
If u want to prepone a Date (If its available) U HAVE TO CANCEL the present Date. Then all the information u hav filled earlier is erased and now u hav to do all the form filling stuffs again and choose another Date. In this U will lose ur 1st Date. This CALCELLATION u can do any number of times. RESCHEDULING can be done only ONCE.
